Anthropologie's Artist-in-Residence

I have spent my first days as Anthropologie's Artist-in-Residence. Here are photos of my set-up and brand new paintings inspired by my travels to South Africa. I used textiles and nature guides from my trip to make an inspiration wall. My cozy perch is outfitted with Anthropologie furniture, books and accessories. I spend my days writing, sketching and painting in my studio while on display for customers and passersby to see the whole process from conception to creation. More photos and stories to come as the days go by.

So happy to have found your work, today. I love it so much...are the paintings you are doing for Anthro going to be sold through them? Just wondering :) The tree with the butterfly at the top is amazing....love.

Hi Melissa,
Thanks so much. I'm happy to have your support in the work that I do.
The paintings that I make during my time at Anthropologie will be available through them at a show at the store on June 8, and possibly online after that. I'm not exactly sure. Stay tuned to my blog and I will update the info as I have it. Thanks again!
